Nutrition is like playing the piano. Eating is easy, eating well takes a little practice and guidance.

If you have burning questions and you want a one off, tailored call to provide you with expert guidance with no obligation to continue with a programme afterwards then this is for you.

We will discuss your current habits/strategies, identify areas you could improve and create individual approaches that are easy to implement and tailored to you.

After the consultation, you’ll receive a summary pack of all the areas/strategies/behaviours we touched on so you don’t have to remember it all at once.

Nutrition coaching

£150 (consultation & guide); £180 (1 month); £300 (2 months); £380 (3 months)

You might spend 1, 2 or maybe 3 hours a day training to improve your performance but what you do for the remaining hours of the day will define how much improvement you make. Providing the fuel to train, the building blocks to adapt and supporting your body to ensure it stays strong.

Working 1-1, we will create a personalised diet tailored to your requirements to optimise training, recovery and overall performance. 

Together, we will improve your:

Throughout our time together, we will aim to educate you in the ‘why’ behind everything nutrition related that you do so you can be confident in how to support your training and overall health.

Club performance talks

Starting at £115

Poor nutrition can undo months of hard work, result in illness, injury or long term issues.

The club performance talks impart insight and knowledge to athletes and coaches to optimise their training and competition whilst also improving their lives outside of sport.

We can define specific topics together, typical talks cover:

  • Nutrition fundamentals

  • Fuelling strategies

  • Recovery strategies

  • Micronutrients for performance, recovery, injury and immunity

  • Competition and travel strategies

  • Under fuelling
